Refund Policy

Your first payment

If Wick & Reel isn't right for you, email us within 14 days of your first subscription payment. If you haven't approved any renders yet, we refund that payment in full.

Technical problems

If a delivered film has a technical defect — for example broken audio, missing shots or a corrupted file — tell us within 14 days of delivery. We re-render it at no cost, and if we can't fix it we return the credits it used.

Everything else

Because every approved render uses paid AI compute, credits spent on approved renders and renewal payments are not refundable. You can cancel anytime from your account so you are not charged again; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and unused credits remain usable until then.

Email [email protected] from your account email. We reply within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued through our payment partner to your original payment method.
